LIST OF FEES AND ALLOWANCES - Paragraph 1/Schedule 1 PARAGRAPH 1/SCHEDULE 1A
1.1 The fees and allowances in the Schedule below are payable to general medical practitioners subject to the conditions and arrangements for payments in Parts II, III, IV and V of this Statement. Part II of the Statement sets out the conditions on which the fees and allowances are payable to practitioners providing unrestricted general medical services; Part III explains the manner in which the conditions in Part II are modified where a practitioner has contracted to provide restricted services only (a restricted services principal as defined in the regulations) or has a limited list (a restricted list principal as defined in the regulations); Part IV contains miscellaneous other provisions relating to the payment of fees and allowances and Part V contains the preserved rights from the contract applicable before 1 April 1990.
