ARRANGEMENT OF REGULATIONS

The Secretary of State, being designated[1] for the purposes of, and in exercise of powers conferred by, section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972[2] and in exercise of powers conferred by sections 31 and 32 of the National Health Service Act 1977[3], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations -
