The Red Book Expert

At several points in the Red Book documents, you will see this picture to jump to The Red Book Expert, a Windows program that can calculate fees for you! It is MIQUEST-ready to collect the information needed for these calculations directly from compatible clinical systems.

There is a link from the opening screen to The Expert download page. Follow the instructions there to download the setup file and install it on your system. When you have, Expert links like that shown above will take you from a point in The Red Book text (describing the Basic Practice Allowance, perhaps) to the point in The Expert program where you view and enter the details for your practice (such as number of patients and number of full-time GPs). The Expert can then use this information to make its calculations.
